- Digital Distribution: We distribute your music to all major online stores, allowing you to keep 100% of your royalties.
- Music Registration Assistance: We help you register with organizations like SAMRO, SAMPRA, CAPASSO, and RISA.
2. How does the Radio Submission service work?
Our Radio Submission service involves delivering your music to 50 to 100 radio stations, depending on the package you choose. While we ensure your song is delivered to radio station libraries and compilers, we do not guarantee airplay. The decision to playlist your song lies entirely with the radio stations. However, we do provide a delivery report and monitor your song for 21 days to track airplay.
- Submission Timeframes:
- 50 radio stations: 7 days
- 75 radio stations: 14 days
- 100 radio stations: 21 days
3. What is the Radio Plugging service, and what does it include?
The Radio Plugging service guarantees airplay for your song. We pitch your music to radio stations and compilers, using various strategies to persuade them to add your song to their playlists.
- Package Options:
- 6 National Radio Stations: R9,500 (2 live debuts, 4 on radio monitor)
- 9 Radio Stations: R16,500 (5 live debuts, 4 on radio monitor)
- 14 Radio Stations: R25,000 (7 live debuts, 7 on radio monitor)
Refunds are available under certain conditions if the service is not fully delivered.
4. How does the Digital Distribution service work?
We distribute your music to platforms like TikTok, Facebook, Spotify, iTunes, and more. You can choose between a paid option (R200 per song) where you keep 100% of the royalties, or a free distribution with a 50/50 royalty split with Mpumalanga Provincial Music Publishers.
- Royalties: Payments are made every 90 days with a minimum withdrawal threshold of R500.
- Requirements: Name, stage name, song title, genre, producer, release date (within 14 days), and a 3000 x 3000 pixel artwork.
5. What is Music Registration Assistance, and how can it benefit me?
Our Music Registration Assistance service helps you register with key organizations like SAMRO, SAMPRA, CAPASSO, and RISA. We handle all administrative tasks, including membership applications, work notifications, and royalty follow-ups.
- Cost: R850 (excluding membership fees).
- Agreement: We recommend a 90-day agreement to complete the registration process.
You will need to provide a copy of your ID and an active bank account.
6. Do you take any ownership of my music?
No, we do not take any ownership or control over your music unless you have a publishing agreement with us. If you use our publishing services, a separate agreement will be required.
7. What do I need to provide for each service?
- Radio Submission: Name, stage name, song title, featured artist (if any), producer, ISRC code (optional), SAMRO code (optional), SAMPRA code (optional), and a radio edit of the song.
- Radio Plugging: Same as above, plus a profile and 1-2 professional pictures.
- Digital Distribution: Same as above, plus a 3000 x 3000 pixel artwork.
- Music Registration Assistance: ID copy and an active bank account.
8. What is your refund policy?
For the Radio Plugging service, a refund is available only if the package was not delivered as promised. If 50% of the service is delivered, both parties must agree on extending the contract. If the service was not delivered at all, an 85% refund will be issued within 21 business days.
